How to increase chance of getting Job

In present competition world, it is very hard to get even a call for interview. As number of job vacancies are less & job seekers are large. Only lucky gets his/her dream job. But it doesn’t mean we start depending only on luck. We shall try hard for getting our dream job.

Now the question is ‘How’? Every Job seekers have uploaded their resume to job portal websites, registered their profile to job consultancy firm, but not getting desired results. But don’t lose hope; if we work hard in right direction we definitely achieve our target. Consider following points:

1.     Well defined Resume

Your resume is an important and powerful tool to help you make a great impression. The problem is, employers tend not to spend very long looking at it, and often make their assessment in less than a minute. That's why smart job seekers spend a lot of time perfecting this document to strike the right balance. You want to put enough information to prove that you're qualified, but you don't want to bore the hiring manager with pages of useless bullet points and details. So make a smart resume to impress a recruiter.

2.     Make a list of company related to your field

Now days, with the help of google one can collect any kind of information in a short span. So don’t waste times in waiting call from recruiter, search the google and make a list of company with their email address and contact number.

3.     Upload Resume on Selected company website or send resume on their mail id

Every company website has career section on which they have a link for uploading a resume or an email id on which you can send your resume. Upload or send your resume to company website job portal or mail id. Clearly mention the field & designation you are applying for.

4.     Try to contact HR Recruiter of company

From the list you prepare, try to contact the recruiter on the telephone & give them your brief profile information & ask if they have suitable vacancy for you in their organization. Try to be polite with recruiter even their response is negative.

5.     Visit the company

If possible directly visit the company premise to meet recruiter.

6.     Be focused, calm and try

May be you get the job easily ( if you are lucky) but in case you are not getting job easily stay calm and try again and again till you get your desired dream job. Focus only on your job search you will definitely get your dream job.
